1974 at the North Shore Towers Senior Center

Join the Memory Maker Project to celebrate 50 years of Broome County Senior Centers!

For their golden anniversary, we’ll tour all nine Senior Centers to reminisce about 1974—the year the first center opened, create artwork inspired by 1974 pop culture and history, and write collaborative poetry on Post-It Notes (which were invented…you guessed it…in 1974).

Participants from all Centers will be invited to display their work at Atomic Tom’s during First Friday on July 5th.

Sponsored by Broome County Office for Aging.
